Visualizer Playback Behavior

The SYQEL audio visualization platform was built first and foremost as a fully automated visual experience.

Within the Settings you will find a Visualizer Playback settings tab, where you can control the default behavior of the visual feeds.

We offer 3 visual cycle behavior mode:

  1. Manual mode – requiring you to manually trigger the transition moment between visuals
  2. Automatic – Time mode – allowing you to set how long a visual will remain on the screen before the app automatically skips forward to the next visual
    • Transition time – how long a transition blend effect will take effect between visuals – only applicable to the Milkdrop feed.
  3. Automatic – BPM mode – manual and auto BPM
    • Manual – you can set the target BPM of your set, and how many measures the visual will last on the screen before skipping to the next one
    • Automatic – the app will asses your set’s BPM on the fly, and apply the measure setting as you’ve defined.

NOTE: You can always override any of the timed and BMP settings by using any keyboard or MIDI shortcuts.
